For over 20 years, Marcello Bilfarini and his family have been taking care with love and dedication of this lovely restaurant close to S. Peter’s. His daughter Alessandra continues the tradition by helping his father leading Calabascio in a sense of harmonic continuity and with a strong respect for Mediterranean tradition. All mixed with an eye on the natural evolution of their customers’ tastes and habits and a dedicated sense of duty shared by all the people working together side by side.
